My client is a large-scale contractor that delivers high quality new build developments. Due to the continued growth and success of the business they are in the market for an experienced operations manager in the senior management team.

As on operations manager you will have excellent technical and design experience on large scale construction projects ideally over £50million. Offering advice and support to the management teams during project delivery.

The position would require traveling across live projects, assisting with technical and design aspects of the projects. Ensuring project delivery is following its set program and budgets. You will have between 3-4 project managers reporting into yourself with a combined Turn over value of £75m.

My client pride themselves on building and designing buildings which leave a lasting impression on those who use the facilities. As an experience Operations Manager, you will have proven project delivery portfolio. With an excellent health and safety track record. These complex schemes, require ability to prioritise and organise your own workloads of across multiple £50million- £100million pound projects.

Reporting to the Construction Director this is a senior appointment with opportunity of development within the business unit. It would be desirable to hold a construction related degree or equivalent. Or hold a MCIOB.
