Salary: £38-42k + Growth by Sharing Bonus (DOE)

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (42.5 hrs)

Are you an ambitious, hands-on Marketing Manager ready to make an impact and fast-track into a leadership role? This is your chance to drive strategic campaigns, lead a talented team, and grow into a senior position in 2-3 years!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Plan & execute data-driven marketing campaigns across digital & offline channels.
Manage & mentor a small team of junior marketers.
Optimise PPC, social media ads, SEO & website performance.
Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to drive brand growth.
Use analytics & insights to improve campaign performance.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Increased brand awareness & market share.

Expanded reach into new and existing markets.

Developed & empowered junior marketers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

4+ years in a marketing role (B2B/B2C - construction, manufacturing, or wholesale preferred).

Experience in digital marketing - social ads, PPC, email & content marketing.

Proven ability to mentor or manage junior marketers.

Strong skills in Google Analytics, Meta Ads & CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Organised, analytical & driven by results!
