We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Tamworth As a Sales Executive at LSH Auto, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Salary - £25,400 Plus Uncapped Bonus, Plus Company Car or Car Allowance

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to help customers make informed purchase decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer budgetary requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and generate positive referrals.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close sales deals.
  • Passion for luxury vehicles and a good understanding of the automotive market.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
