Sales Executive – Enterprise Intranet Software
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, City Centre
Salary: Competitive base + commission + benefits

We have a sales cycle, and we’re looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to join our team and make an immediate impact. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to help drive our growth in the enterprise intranet software space.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for a driven sales professional with 2-3 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will take over sales-qualified leads (SQLs) after an initial discovery call conducted by our business development team. Your role will be to nurture and manage these leads, guiding them through the sales process to a successful close. You must be comfortable engaging with key decision-makers, managing long sales cycles, and demonstrating the value of our enterprise intranet solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from SQL handover to contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise organisations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to the needs of IT, HR, and C-level executives.
  • Work closely with senior sales executives to refine sales strategies and improve deal success rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead nurturing and onboarding.
  • Accurately track all sales activity in the CRM and provide regular updates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in enterprise communication solutions.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS.
  • Experience managing sales-qualified leads and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ambition to grow into a senior sales role.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
