Social Media Executive

Here at Out of Bounds, we are looking for a dynamic and creative sales and social media expert to join our amazing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for all social media content creation, manage all communications with customers via all social media platforms, create marketing social media strategies and gain valuable sales leads and connections.

To ensure success as a sales and social media executive, you should know how to effectively use various social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, as well as Google and Trip Advisor, highly experienced with Facebook paid ads and specific targeting. Ultimately, an outstanding sales and social media executive should be a goal-orientated individual with a solid understanding of the customer experience and driven to increase business growth, increase brand presence and awareness.

Sales and Social Media Executive Responsibilities:

  • Attending to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company’s social media platforms.
  • Liaising with managers, and the marketing team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Creating and managing social media posting schedules. Reviewing all social media posts for accuracy and ensuring inappropriate content is removed.
  • Working with the senior management team to develop comprehensive social media strategies.
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of company products to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Proactively outreaching to creating and maintain brand presence and strong relationships with company partners and external stakeholders to drive sales within the business.
  • Staying informed on social media trends, innovations, and changes to ensure maximum output and return.
  • Skilled and successful in running paid advertising, and reporting/presenting stats weekly.
  • To actively engage with the wider community via various communications, networking to bring new business and bookings.

Sales and Social Media Executive experience and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a social media representative, or a similar role.
  • A minimum of 3 years ’ sales experience, driven by increasing business and bookings
  • Customer service experience, engagement, and confidence to outreach on sales via all communication platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media best practices.
  • Ability to effectively use a variety of social media platforms, such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok and google.
  • Working knowledge of social media tools, such as Google Analytics, insights and able to report weekly growth to senior management.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, that loves to sell.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Creative, excellent self-initiative, self-motivated and organised.
  • Excellent photography and videography skills.
