Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Provide training and support to staff on various software applications and IT tools.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking principles.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are desirable but not mandatory.
