Overview

Duties

- Provide training and support to staff on various software applications and IT tools.
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications for future reference.
- Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking principles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are desirable but not mandatory.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and improving existing processes.
