As an experienced Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. This position will utilise valuable experience in property management, customer service, and office management. Responsibilities:

Managing daily operations of the business

Hold a vital role in a fast growing company

Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette

Build relationships with a large portfolio of clients

Learn and implement sales techniques to upsell products and services

Collaborate to achieve business goals

Managing a large portfolio of properties from Ashford to Margate

Property visits and inspections
Experience:
-
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook is essential

UK driving licence and vehicle essential

Previous experience within the property sector is essential
