Job description

As an experienced Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment. This position will utilise valuable experience in property management, customer service, and office management. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within the company which is a busy independent sales, lettings and property management agent that is currently growing through acquisition based in the affluent area of Canterbury.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily operations of the business

  • Hold a vital role in a fast growing company

  • Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette

  • Build relationships with a large portfolio of clients

  • Learn and implement sales techniques to upsell products and services

  • Collaborate to achieve business goals

  • Managing a large portfolio of properties from Ashford to Margate

  • Property visits and inspections

Experience:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role is essential

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook is essential

  • UK driving licence and vehicle essential

  • Previous experience within the property sector is essential
