We are keen to speak with Assistant accountants from the insurance sector, to join a Lloyds Of London client of ours on an initial 6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial reporting and month-end processes
• Support the preparation of Lloyd’s regulatory returns
• Reconcile premiums, claims, and other financial transactions
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with Lloyd’s and UK GAAP requirements

Requirements

• Lloyd’s of London experience in a similar role is essential
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Assistant Accountant or finance-related position within the insurance sector
• Strong understanding of Lloyd’s reporting requirements and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
