Purpose of the position
As a Lead Automation Tester within All In All Solutions Ltd you will be leading small to medium sized teams working on a variety of different projects. You will be reporting directly to the Project Manager and will be based either at the client site or within the All In All Solutions’ office based in Swindon. The role will offer you an exciting opportunity to work within a young and expanding company with prospects of working on a variety of difference projects.
Key responsibilities & duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for automation projects across various technologies within All In All Solutions and to work as a Lead in planning the development of the automation work stream going forward.
The candidate will join an expanding team to focus on the Agile and Iterative development projects
Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and execution of test plans
Reviewing automation code
Being the go to person for all matters automation
Overseeing all automation testing projects
Writing frameworks for testing
Continue to become familiar with new tools, software data and other related technology
Essential Skills
Experience of creating and maintaining enterprise level Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) automation framework
Experience on identification, design and prioritisation of automation scenarios across scrums and sprints
Understands RAID and manages them to ensure that there is no leakage into Production
Worked within Agile environment
Collaborate well within the Scrum Team and can actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, Retrospectives, Show & Tells)
Test Lead experience
Pro-active on sharing and reporting challenges, blockers and forthcoming tasks.
Always maintaining work within limits of expectation
Supports the Test Manager through the Testing Life Cycle
Practical experience in maintaining enterprise level Behavioural Driven Development automation frameworks
Can demonstrate experience within agile methodology
Experience of Systems Development Lifecycle
Experience in Continuous Development Operations (Dev Ops)

J-metre (High)
LoadRunner/Silk Central
J-Unit
Sauce labs/Browser Stack
Qualifications/Experience Required
Ideal Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree/ Masters/ Diploma etc, with minimum of 7 years’ experience working within the field of Software Testing and 4 years in Automation Testing.
