Job description
Optima Site Solutions are looking for a Permanent Construction Programme Manager based in Thamesmead SE2.
About the role:
Are you a highly motivated and detail orientated Construction Programmer?
Are you able to edit and change site plans for the client?
Do you have experience in Microsoft Projects, Fieldview & Viewpoint?
Do you also have experience doing general office admin, and can support with this on a daily basis?

The ideal Programme Coordinator will be working closely with the Contracts Manager & Site Manager, and ensuring all the editing and changing of project programmes are done in a cost effective manner, as well as having initiative to get jobs done without support. This will be a permanent office based role on a Thames Water Site.
- Monday to Friday
- £35k - £40k per annum
Key Responsibilities & Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Projects, Field View, and Viewpoint (experience with all three is required).
- Solid understanding of general administrative functions, including document management and reporting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
- A degree or equivalent experience in program coordination, or a related field is a requirement for this role.
- Clean Water Card is desirable, but not a deal breaker.
