The Role

Our client is a sales-driven organisation, and the sales team plays a crucial role in reaching thousands of teachers and students every day. Their approach combines both top-down and bottom-up sales strategies.

As a Junior Account Executive , you will focus on bottom-up sales, sourcing new leads, and securing partnerships with schools across England. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of leads, converting them into customers within a two-month sales cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and sourcing new sales leads.
  • Engaging with school leaders and teachers to understand their needs.
  • Converting leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and networking events to create new opportunities.
  • Helping to build and promote a dynamic, energetic company culture to customers and partners.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales outreach and leading online meetings.
  • Background in SDR (Sales Development Representative) roles or client-facing positions.
  • Experience in, or knowledge of, the education sector is a strong plus.
