Job description
Chef in small, high-end family run restaurant
This role would suit a strong Chef de Partie or a Sous Chef looking to gain experience with a knowledgeable Chef. Fine dining experience is advantageous, but training will be provided
Salary dependent on experience, private healthcare offered as part of employment benefits. Help with housing and relocation.
Experience
- Proven experience as a senior Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and food production processes.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices for kitchen management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes is highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
