Children’s Support Worker Role

About Us:

At Paragon Social Care, we provide critical support to vulnerable and challenging children and young people in council care, during their transitions between longer-term placements. Our comprehensive 24/7 support packages cater to individual needs, with staffing ratios ranging from 1:1 to 5:1.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Plan and participate in engaging activities and outings

• Build emotional connections with young people

• Ensure the safety of young people at all times

• Prepare meals for young people

• Transport young people to various commitments (meetings, school, appointments, etc.)

• Car driver with Motor Vehicle Business Insurance
