Job description
We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our busy music school in Southport, teaching primarily piano with some vocal to students of all ages and abilities.
Previous teaching experience isn’t necessary; however, candidates must have a high standard of playing ability and sound theory knowledge along with the ability to communicate with a variety of age groups and tailor lessons based on the individual.
The successful candidate will be teaching private one-to-one lessons out of our purpose-built studios with instruments and equipment provided. The schedule is flexible depending on candidate availability. Lesson are mainly afternoon and evenings, with weekends optional.
Teachers work on a self-employed basis earning £23.30 per hour. This is a part time, permanent position.
