Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant within Engineering, Quality and/or Manufacturing?

G&P Talent is expanding! We have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Recruitment professional, to grow new business in one of our expanding sectors: Aerospace, Defence, and Off-Highway

The role which is part of the ongoing expansion of the G&P Talent growth strategy requires a sales focused individual who has previous sales experience in sourcing and fulfilling new business in one of the above sectors.

In this new client and business development role, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Acquisition: Develop new client relationships through outbound business development, networking, lead generation and client meetings. Issue and negotiate suitable terms of business.
  • Job Profiling/Analysis: Take detailed briefs from clients to ensure understanding of all job requirements and competencies needed for roles across client base.
  • Candidate Resourcing: Searching and Identification of potential candidates through online advertising and sourcing techniques including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and recruitment CRM database.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct profile calls, initial interviews, complete assessment of candidate suitability for roles.
  • Offer Negotiation: Facilitate, manage and negotiation between client and candidate at all stages. Including salary, working conditions and specific contract terms.
  • Client management: Maintain and grow client relationships at all levels, expand client understanding of G&P services, develop client trust and multi-level relationships.

The ideal candidate:

  • 2 - 4 years experience essential within a 360 Recruitment position including sales, business growth and client growth.
  • Ideally will have experience with building a cold desk
  • Must have a clean driving licence, and access to own vehicle.
  • Manufacturing, Engineering or Quality Recruitment experience is preferrable.
  • Self-motivated and determined individual, with clear communication and excellent customer service skills.
