Job description

Financial Controller sought for a SME based in Stoke on Trent operating in the building services sector.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in the following activities;

  • Producing monthly management accounts
  • Payroll
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Cashflow forecast
  • Profit & Loss analysis
  • Purchase Ledger
  • VAT
  • CIS
  • Year End Accounts
  • Production of Job Costing reports
  • Stock Valuation & Control

The role would suit someone from an accountancy practice background with sound knowledge of Sage & Excel.

Proven experience as a Financial Controller is a must, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a passion to drive continuous improvement across the business.

The position will be a part time role of 15-20 hours per week with a salary of £20,500 per annum.
