Job description

Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of guest services, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist with human resources duties, including hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
