We are working with a leader in electronic and electromechanical manufacturing , providing cutting-edge solutions across industries. We are looking for a Production Manager to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and lead our production team in delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing and production operations , ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Manage production schedules , resources, and team performance to meet deadlines.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• People management : Training, performance reviews, and team development.
• Drive cost reduction and process optimization while maintaining quality.
• Oversee stock control and resource planning to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Production Management within electronics, electromechanical, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical production processes.
• Experience with ISO 9001 , Lean Manufacturing, and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyse production data, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

• Experience in PCB manufacturing, testing, or assembly.
• Knowledge of automation and modern manufacturing technologies.
• Qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Production Management.
