Job description
Karntek Ltd, a leading fire safety consultancy based in Stafford, is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in coordinating site surveys effectively to ensure timely and efficient services for our clients.
Reporting to the Scheduling Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating fire safety assessments and surveys across various client sites, working closely with surveyors and clients to manage expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate site surveys and assessments for fire safety nationwide.
- Manage the schedule for surveyors, ensuring optimal use of resources and maximizing productivity.
- Communicate effectively with clients to schedule appointments and provide updates on survey statuses.
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled surveys, completed assessments, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation necessary for surveys and compliance reporting.
- Support the operations team in ensuring compliance with operations processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in scheduling, administration, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the fire safety or engineering industry is an advantage.
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
