The Reservations Manager will oversee our outstanding Reservations Team, ensuring the highest standards of service as the primary contact for guest enquiries and bookings, thereby creating unforgettable experiences for all our guests.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Previous experience within Luxury Reservations

• Experience in consistently exceeding luxury guests expectations

• Genuine, authentic character and a great story teller

• Passionate about leading a team
