The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer to help us shape user experiences that directly impact the recruiter and client experience, through innovative design solutions. You will be a talented designer, who thrives in a collaborative environment and will contribute to building a design culture that prioritises user feedback and iterative design.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, design strategy and user experience
  • Utilise user-centred design principles to create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups for web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis and testing outcomes to enhance user experience
  • Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders, providing rationale based on user research and best practices
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of UX/UI trends, tools and technologies to continuously elevate design quality
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency across products

Requirements

Essential:

  • Solid experience in Product Design or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design projects
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles, accessibility and responsive design methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing and synthesizing findings into actionable design improvements
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project simultaneously
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and working closely with product and engineering teams
