We are looking for a Bar Manager to come on board and support the current team

Since opening our doors in 2008, the Drake & Morgan collection now has beautiful bars and restaurants in London and Manchester.

We wanted to create a unique space where locals and visitors alike could enjoy thoughtful, inspired menus and innovative, crafted cocktails in the most welcoming environment. An escape from the everyday.

As a Bar Manager you will be the best in class in your sector and will have a thirst for knowledge coupled with a desire to give your guests the very best service, standards and product.

You will be used to managing at volume and have experience within multi room, multi occasion businesses.

  • Deliver exceptional guests experiences through amazing drinks, charming service and beautiful environments.
  • Be part of a manager team working together to ensure that all areas of the business operate during trading hours to our standards.
  • Improving the guest experience constantly by coming up with ideas, executing them and analysing.
  • Help in the creation of new and exciting drinks for specials and seasonal menu’s across the group.
  • Manage the stocks from ordering, invoicing and performance reporting, and thus using the reporting to make improvements through service and drive GP’s
  • Manage the Bartending department as a whole with your own supervisors to help.
  • Efficient Rota skills to ensure that all shifts have the correct level of staff to deliver the service required.
  • Ensuring that high levels of hygiene are constantly adhered to on a daily basis to conform with EHO and company requirements.
  • Deliver training to the staff on all matters regarding the Drinks and bar products being offered.
  • Work closely with the GM in helping control costs and grow the EBITDA for the venue.
  • Coach and develop junior managers in the venue to help get them to department head level.
  • Dealing with feedback and complaints, resolving the matter and creating actions to ensure the situation doesn’t arise again.
  • Assist in recruiting amazing people to join the team to not only help service but enrich the environment and guest experience.
