Job description
We are a family run business which has been established for over 30 years. We strive for excellence in customer care , providing a service for both retail and trade customers.
Employees will receive full training in our state of the art parts cataloguing system and become experts in certain fields, ranging from car parts, tools, body shop repairs and paint.
Job Role
The successful applicant will work as part of a team, dealing mostly with trade and retail customers. The correct applicant will receive training on up to date parts cataloguing systems, body-shops repairs, car and commercial paint, hydraulic hose repairs and tools.
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle orders and meet customer requirements.
- Stocking up shelves.
- Processing and receiving stock orders.
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
- Work with a team and communicate with other team members.
Qualifications / Experience
Knowledge and interest in the automotive industry will be a major help in being successful in this industry.
- Good computer skills to navigate online catalogues.
- General knowledge of car parts and a desire to learn more.
- Previous experience as a motor mechanic, automotive sales would be ideal, but training will be given to successful candidate.
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on previous experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
