We are keen to speak with Insurance Operations Managers to joina Lloyds of London insurance client of ours. This is to lead the review and enhancement of their business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic operational enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of business operations, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance workflow, systems, and processes.
• Work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to advise on best practices and operational improvements.
• Oversee the implementation of new systems, tools, and procedures to support business growth and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure the business operates efficiently within Lloyd’s regulatory framework and industry standards.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, finance, and compliance teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role within the Lloyd’s market or London insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of Lloyd’s regulatory requirements and operational best practices.
• Experience in process optimisation, business transformation, and change management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Knowledge of insurance operations, systems, and technology solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
