We are a well-established plumbing & heating company with a kitchen and bathroom showroom and multiple websites serving various aspects of our business. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Web Developer with experience in social media management and paid advertising to enhance our online presence, generate leads, and optimize customer journeys.
Job Overview
As our Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our websites, landing pages, and funnels to drive traffic and conversions. You will also manage our social media platforms and paid ad campaigns , ensuring our online marketing efforts align with business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development & Maintenance
- Manage, update, and optimize multiple WordPress websites.
- Develop and maintain landing pages and sales funnels to improve lead generation.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-optimized.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement security best practices.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Optimize ad performance to ensure maximum ROI.
- Track and report on ad campaign performance, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
Customer Journey & Conversion Optimization
- Design and optimize customer journeys across our websites and marketing channels.
- Improve lead generation through UX design, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of online leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer and Digital Marketer.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with social media management and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Ability to create effective landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the home improvement industry (plumbing, heating, kitchens, bathrooms) is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
