Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AS9100 Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management systems, and possess the analytical skills necessary to identify areas for improvement. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
• Analyse data from quality tests and inspections to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective actions for non-conformities and implement preventive measures.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality throughout the organisation.
• Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities, including reports, audits, and compliance records.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and advancements in quality management practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an AS9100 quality management role, preferably within a manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or related fields are advantageous.

Pay: £50,247.00-£52,267.00 per year
