Job description
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding of approved applicators through our training academy, offering market leading training modules through a combination of theoretical & practical training.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs using various platforms such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint
- Application training to customers to the required standards/ regulations
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to identify training needs
- Testing new products and making samples in our training facilities
- Products demonstration days.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to employees to support their professional development
- Offer customers after support through technical support onsite, email or telephone.
Requirements:

Proven experience in training and development.

Knowledge/ experience of EWI & rendering systems.

Proficiency in using HRIS systems for training management.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

Ability to mentor and guide employees towards achieving their learning goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
