Job description
Working at the front desk of a busy holiday park you will be the first point of contact greeting guests, checking in, checking out and provide general assistance and information.
You must be able to commute as the position is not live in.
We are located in Crieff. 40 mins from Perth and Stirling.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner is essential along with a smart appearance.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Process bookings on bookings system ( RMS )
Daily cash reconciliations
On line Chat
- – Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Smart appearance
- Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB DOES REQUIRE YOU TO WORK AT THE OTHER PARKS WITHIN OUR LARGO LEISURE GROUP COVERING HOLIDAYS AND DAYS OFF, A DRIVING LICENSE AND VEHICLE IS ESSENTIAL.
