Job Overview:

Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for marketing? We are looking for a Junior Marketing Event Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support marketing events by collecting and analysing data to measure their success and optimise future campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your analytical skills while gaining hands-on experience in direct marketing and event performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse event performance metrics, including customer engagement, sales conversion rates, and return on investment.
  • Collect and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and optimising future events based on data-driven insights.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations to communicate key findings.
  • Work closely with event teams to ensure accurate data collection and tracking.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to enhance event strategies.
  • Monitor customer feedback and engagement levels to improve event effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or data analysis tools.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data trends.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • No prior experience required - full training provided.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in marketing analytics.
