We are currently seeking Service Security Engineers with experience in servicing intruder alarms, CCTV systems and access control systems.

All candidates must have previous experience in either installation work or reactive and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate should be able to work on their own initiative and have good intruder alarm industry experience to NSI standards along with knowledge of CCTV and access control systems. The package is commensurate with experience, knowledge base and qualifications. Overtime is frequently available for which additional payments will be made. Basic hours are 40 hrs per week, with an expected average potential earning, including overtime, of £50 - £55k. This role includes call out shifts on a rota basis.

The Role

  • Attend sites and undertake small works installation, periodic maintenance and fault finding where required
  • Ensure daily targets are achieved to meet customers SLAs/KPIs
  • Responsible for correct usage of client’s platforms
  • All electronic reporting to the service desk carried out promptly
  • Effective control of stock & vehicle audit
  • Awareness of Health & Safety
  • To present a professional appearance

The Candidate

  • Previous industry experience is essential
