Job description
Job Title: Content & Social Media Executive
Location: Mill Hill Head Office (with regular travel to clinics in NW London)
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content & Social Media Executive to manage social media channels and create graphic designs, images and videos that will be used across digital and print. This role involves content creation, social media management, and marketing support to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media and content design, working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.
Please note: A full UK driving licence is required, as regular travel to our clinics in NW London (Mill Hill, Finchley, Barnet, and Radlett) is essential. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create high-quality designs for web pages, email campaigns, newsletters, and print materials. (The marketing manager provides briefs and copy).
- Design brochures, flyers, and other marketing assets to support promotions and brand messaging.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and identity.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Grow the brand’s online presence by increasing followers and engagement.
- Visit clinics regularly to capture real-time content with clients and staff.
- Keep up with social media trends to create fresh, engaging content.
- Respond to customer comments, feedback, and messages on social media.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to target new audiences.
- Collaborate with partner brands and organisations for cross-promotions.
- Analyse and report on social media performance.
Marketing Support & Events
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Maintain and organise marketing databases and tools.
- Support the Head of Marketing with administrative tasks as needed.
- Help with event coordination, including logistics and on-site support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (content creation, digital marketing, social media)
- Full UK driving licence (essential), with travel expenses reimbursed.
- Strong proficiency in Canva and social media platforms.
- Experience using automation software like Hubspot/mailchimp and Wordpress is a plus but not necessary.
- Excellent graphic design and video creation skills. (Photoshop/InDesign experience is a plus.)
- Good written English and editing skills for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.Confident in interacting with clients and staff to create engaging content.
