Recruitment Consultant- Financial Services

£28,000 - 39,000 basic salary, commission expected at an additional £25K annually, benefits package including 25 days annual leave + birthday off, annual holiday incentive (Ibiza/ Mykonos/ Marbella etc), healthcare cash back scheme, pension, 1-2 days WFH per week.

Harrison Sands have a fantastic desk opening with one of our professional service specialist agency clients for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a warm desk which this year to date has billed £200,000 GP with a mix of MSP and contingent clients, all within the Financial Services market.

The desk covers permanent and temporary placement and a lot of the requirements are mid-level and volume based, so this desk is ideal for consultants who can work at place and enjoy making over 4 placements per month.

Clients are predominantly operating in the financial services market (main client being investment banking) so applicants will ideally have proven experience supplying into this market or a similar professional services environment (e.g. finance/ legal/ IT etc.).

Our client are based in Kilburn and Consultants are required in the office 3-4 days per week with 1-2 days working from home.
