Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a financial services company based in West Kent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring that the organisation’s HR strategy aligns with its overall business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of HR systems, data analysis, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
  • Manage complex ER cases
  • Supervise and guide HR staff in their daily operations to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
  • Maintain and manage employee records
  • Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes regarding workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, presenting HR policies and procedures clearly.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations while promoting a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar
  • Financial services industry experience desirable
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems
  • Excellent data analysis skills to interpret metrics and trends effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • A thorough understanding of employment legislation and best practices in human resources management.
