Company Overview:

Teach A Trade is a leading provider of gas, electrical, and renewable training and assessment services. We are passionate about delivering exceptional educational experiences, and we are now looking for a dedicated Training Centre Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an office-based, Monday-to-Friday role (08:30-17:00) , designed for someone with a strong passion for customer service and a proactive approach to creating a professional and welcoming training environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Telford training centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office and Reception Services: Provide a professional and friendly reception service, welcoming visitors, handling telephone calls courteously, and ensuring clear communication at all times.
  • Administrative Support: Manage all administrative aspects of the training centre, including course bookings, progress reports for apprentices, compliance audits, and general documentation.
  • Quality Management and Compliance: Work collaboratively to maintain a robust Quality Management System and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Event Coordination: Oversee the organisation and administration of events, including managing course materials, creating a conducive training environment, and liaising with trainers and delegates.
  • Customer Engagement: Outreach to new and existing customers, maintaining strong relationships to promote repeat business and loyalty.
  • Financial and Office Management: Manage invoicing, small accounts tasks, and scheduling; take minutes during team meetings and handle meeting arrangements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential:
  • Relevant UK administration qualifications.
  • Previous experience working in an educational or training environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Desirable (but not essential):
  • Invigilator qualifications.
  • Education-related qualifications, such as Assessor or IQA certifications.
