Job Opportunity: Client Services Project Manager
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a highly acclaimed and well-established brand delivery agency that specialises in all areas of packaging production. With multiple global sites, they are seeking a Client Services Project Manager to join their team in Louth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, delivering a first-class service with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Take responsibility for ensuring the highest quality product and the most efficient solutions for the client.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s culture and reflect this in behaviours and ways of working.
Project Management:
- Gather, manage, and coordinate new and updated graphics and packaging projects for the client’s brand portfolio.
- Coordinate the pack change process, including packaging artwork, artwork amendments, repro, proofs, and other services provided by the company.
- Manage and maintain project and job status trackers.
- Communicate key milestones and critical path timelines to stakeholders, escalating risks as necessary.
Briefing & Approval Process:
- Collate accurate briefs and submit them to production departments.
- Coordinate pre-artwork meetings with the support of the Technical Manager, and distribute meeting minutes and actions.
- Provide advice on print and technical feasibility with the support of the Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.
- Coordinate press attendance as needed with the Print Technical Team.
- Obtain final job approvals from relevant client departments before releasing fully approved files.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain effective, positive relationships across the client and print supply chain, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Represent the company professionally in all engagements, including project briefings and non-conformance investigations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actions in collaboration with Account Management and Operations Teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational skills with a logical approach to tasks.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging limitations/restrictions is essential.
- Attention to detail and familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe products is a plus.

What 's on offer:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week (8am - 5pm)
- 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

- Salary: Dependent on experience.
