Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place
  • Follow proper cooking techniques and presentation guidelines
  • Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
