Job description

Freshasia Foods Ltd is a leading frozen food manufacturer based in south east London (zone 5), specialising in producing authentic Asian food. We are looking for a dynamic, personable, and communications driven individual to help strengthen our sales & marketing initiatives and continue to establish our company as the leader in the authentic Asian frozen food industry in Europe.

Responsibilities:

B2B sales

  • Serving as the lead point of contact for customer accounts and managing the account portfolios across assigned areas
  • Responsible for sales orders and the completion of the company’s sales targets via upselling, cross selling and promoting our brand, new ranges, products and/or services
  • Researching the market trends, monitoring competitors’ portfolio and conducting periodical sales performance report
  • Implementing special programmes to boost sales performance
  • Expanding customer base by opening new customer accounts, recommending new product and service opportunities to the management team
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a timely and successful delivery of services and solutions according to demands and objectives
  • Assisting in general sales tasks and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in sales with demonstrable achievements
  • Experience in similar role (B2B sales) and Asian market preferred
  • The ideal candidate would be positive, outgoing and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills - excellent writing and verbal skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Must be able to work flexibly when necessary
  • Strong work ethics, responsible, reliable and positive
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Use of SAP preferred but not essential
  • Must be able to work legally in the United Kingdom

  • Vietnamese (fluent)
  • English (fluent)
  • Any other european languages will be a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Erith DA18: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
