Job description
Junior Sous Chef
Location: London, United Kingdom
Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term (April - November)
Hours: 40 hours per week + overtime
Salary: £3,200 per month
Requirements:
- Must have the right to work in the UK and flexibility to travel.
- Experience in a 5-star luxury environment.
- Strong fine dining skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sous Chef in delivering high-quality dishes.
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and taste standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance.
- Support inventory management and kitchen operations.
