Office Manager
Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with staff and external parties to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Oversee office administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry
- Lead and supervise the office support staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management role or similar position
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
