As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct phone calls with professionalism and warmth.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring each communication reflects their high standards.

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars to keep their operations running smoothly.

  • Organise and maintain files and records with precision and care.

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to perfection.

  • Assist with data entry and database management to support ongoing projects.

  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a fully stocked environment.

  • Provide exceptional support to visitors, addressing inquiries with courtesy.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator, showcasing your capability and expertise.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is a must, allowing you to navigate tasks efficiently.

Position Details

  • This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:30, including a one-hour lunch break.

  • Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 - £30000, depending on experience.
