Overview
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding.
- Develop comprehensive wedding plans that include timelines, vendor lists, and budgets.
- Coordinate with various vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and venues to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage logistics on the day of the event, including setup, coordination of vendors, and guest services.
- Provide guidance on upselling additional services or products that enhance the wedding experience.
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle any unexpected issues or changes with poise and professionalism during events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure all aspects of the wedding are completed on schedule.
- Previous experience in fundraising or event planning within hotel or restaurant settings is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and vendors alike.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail that contributes to unique wedding designs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
