Job description

Job Role:

Your primary focus will be on managing orders, prescriptions, and complaints, while meeting structured reporting requirements. You will also proactively seek opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth flow of order information across the supply chain, collaborating with internal teams to manage orders based on available capacity.
  • Provide efficient problem-solving solutions.
  • Produce accurate reports in a timely manner.
  • Enhance the complaints service for key accounts by collaborating with internal stakeholders to find mutually beneficial solutions.

What We 're Looking for in Your CV:

  • Excellent telephone skills with outstanding written communication abilities.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the agricultural industry.
  • The ability to remain accurate and professional under pressure.
  • Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • SAP experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate/advanced level).
