About The Role
- As a TA Specialist (Delivery), you’ll get the opportunity to:

* Be part of a TA delivery team who drive standards and consistency across recruitment processes.

* Source candidates online using the tools available (LinkedIn, Job boards, Boolean searching, Eploy etc)

* Focus on niche / skilled recruitment and work closely with TA Advisors to oversee and support volume campaigns

* Work with your TA Delivery Manager to determine if/when a role should be managed by an external agency, selecting the right partner, ensuring briefings are clear and the agency activity is managed via Eploy (keeping cost in mind throughout).

* Review job descriptions and ensure they're accurate and inclusive.

* Coach hiring managers to help them to upskill in recruitment and support them in defining the correct recruitment process for each role.

* Have a clear understanding of pre-employment checks and new starter onboarding, ensuring all documentation collated in the process is compliant.

* Use the Group's new values and behavioural framework to enhance the alignment of candidates for the business enhancing retention.

* Track agreed metrics to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and performance.

* Support international recruitment campaigns for high value, shortage occupation roles.

* Support the Groups and Divisions Inclusion & Diversity strategies.

* Coach and mentor more junior members of the team to help support their development in TA.
What you’ll bring?
- Stakeholder Management - effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage with and influence stakeholders at various levels, both internally and externally.
- Operational Excellence - recent expertise and proven experience in Talent Acquisition, operating as a Specialist / Business Partner, with the ability to run end to end TA processes and be an expert in the division you support.
A can-do attitude - an unwavering commitment to fill roles and support the broader team in doing the same.
Data Analytics - track metrics to review and improve TA performance and progress.
Systems Experience - a good understanding of Eploy and Oracle are essential.
Problem-Solving - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Compliance - Understanding of and commitment to compliance with relevant employment legislation and ethical standards in talent acquisition practices.
Results-Driven - proven record of delivering stretching targets with drive and resilience.
Telcoms Experience - You will have experience working in the Telecoms sector or strong experience recruiting for Telecoms niche and technical roles.
