Job description

Are you great at building brand partnerships and securing high-impact sponsorships?

Loopla is a fast-growing family events platform, helping London parents discover the best things to do with their kids – from top theatre shows to standout cultural experiences.

This is a part-time role, 2-3 days a week. One day per week is based in our Euston office for team collaboration, with the rest worked remotely. The role will also include occasional in-person meetings at venues or partner locations across London.

Goals & Responsibilities

Build Strategic Brand Partnerships

  • Develop and pitch creative, mutually beneficial partnerships with premium venues, cultural institutions, and family-focused brands
  • Secure exclusive discounts, early access, or special offers for Loopla families
  • Manage commercial relationships, from outreach and proposal to contract and delivery

Grow Sponsorship & Collaboration Revenue

  • Sell and manage newsletter sponsorships and branded content opportunities
  • Create standout, high-converting partnership proposals and packages
  • Identify new opportunities to collaborate with premium brands aligned with Loopla’s mission

Experience Required

  • 3-5 years’ experience in partnerships, brand collaborations, or sponsorship sales
  • Track record of closing deals and delivering value for both sides
  • Experience working with premium brands or cultural institutions (family audience a bonus)
  • Confident negotiating terms, structuring contracts, and managing partner relationships
  • Skilled at writing persuasive proposals and thinking creatively about deal structures
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Skills

  • Skilled at securing sponsorships, discounts, or exclusive partner deals
  • Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
