Job Title: Wedding & Event Co-ordinator
Location: The Grosvenor, Stockbridge
Overview:
As the Wedding & Event Co-ordinator you will be the creative force behind seamless, stylist and standout events. You will be the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up. You’ll implement a diverse calendar of social, corporate, and exclusive-use events, ensuring that each occasion reflects the timeless elegance and warm hospitality for which The Grosvenor is renowned. w
Key Responsibilities:
1. Events Management
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including weddings, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and exclusive-use bookings.
- Co-ordinate logistics, supplier relationships, and event styling to deliver memorable experiences.
- Administer event calendars, seasonal event planning including signature celebrations, music and dining experiences, and sporting packages.
- Develop bespoke packages and menus tailored to guest preferences.
- Ensure event policies, pricing structures, and operational guidelines are maintained.
2. Venue & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with function guidelines, terms & conditions, and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure flawless execution of events.
- Liaise with client to create personalised, detail-orientated event plans.
3. Client Liaison & Relationship Building
- Build relationship with corporate clients, local businesses and agents to secure repeat bookings.
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction and exceed expectations through impeccable service delivery.
4. Administrative Coordination
- Manage booking systems, confirmations, and event contracts.
- Oversee budgets, pricing structures, and ensure all financials align with company policies.
- Process invoices, deposits, and open balances efficiently.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in event planning, hospitality and relationship management.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers and team members.
- A creative mindset with a flair for styling and curating exceptional experiences.
Reports To: General Manager
Salary: Competitive with performance-based incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
