Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to actively operate the daily running of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff and operations, contributing to and driving sales performance, and ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
  • Achieve sales targets through your own sales and management of other staff.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and enhance customer experience.
  • Organise staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Maintain administrative records related to sales, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth among staff members.
  • Utilise phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety within the store.
  • Manage service team and installation process.
  • Handle and grievances or complaints.

Experience

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
  • Sales management experience is highly desirable, along with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks related to retail operations is beneficial.
  • Capable to work in a team but also to operate working alone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,739.00-£35,000.00 per year
